Zoho CRM is a full featured cloud based CRM.  CRM is the center of what all the other applications revolve around.  CRM, like all the other Zoho applications, have a mobile client for your phone or tablet so you are never tied to your desk.  CRM is only part of the suite of over 45 applications called Zoho One. Zoho One costs only $30 per month per user if all employees use it. There are other Zoho licensing models that might be worth discussing.
