Head Lettuce / Iceberg Lettuce
Onions (Red are my favorite)
Raw Carrots
Corn
Potato (not sweet)
Radish
Let's not forget the fruits that are often confused as vegetables:
Green / Black Olives
Tomato - But they must be fresh and just
right.
Avocado - Avocados are classified as
fruit, but they are usually eaten in savory meals. Avocados contain lots
of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E, potassium and vitamin B6.
Please don't even think about asking me
to eat any vegetables that are not on this list.
