One Number for all your Phones/Fax/Pagers This allows the caller to remain on the line while the system locates you, not your location. If you have more than one number on your card, imagine how easy it will be for callers to connect with you the first time they dial. If the caller wishes to send you a fax or a page (test or numeric) mynumber will allow for these options all while you have only One Number.
Find Me/Follow Me One Toll free Number reaches you via pager and/or up to three numbers that you designate. Subscribers can make them available when they want to take calls. Alternatively, subscribers can mark themselves unavailable. Should a caller wish to reach an unavailable subscriber, the caller can dial a special code to reach the subscriber.
9 Way Conference Calling You can connect up to an additional eight (8) outside lines to create a conference and lets you step in and out of the conference for individual meetings.
Outbound Calling While in mynumber you can connect to any phone in the U.S. or Canada for one low per-minute rate.
Speed Dialing mynumber allows you to record and store 49 frequently called numbers and you can dial a number by using a two-digit code.
Voice Mailbox The voice mailbox can take the message for you and then retrieve them from any phone. Additionally, unlike traditional voice mail the return call telephone number is attached to the message, so returning the call is as easy as pressing two keys. This allows you to listen to your vigesimal and return the call with one phone call to mynumber.
Incoming vigesimal messages can be up to 5 minutes in length. Note: Since dictation is often less than 5 minutes in length, I often use mynumber to dictate notes to myself and others go to my typist.
Fax Mailbox You can receive and store your faxes. No longer will your private, confidential faxes sit at the fax machine for everyone to see. mynumber will allow you to choose which fax machine to forward your faxes to, such as your hotel, home or office. There will never be a busy signal when you are receiving a fax as mynumber will receive multiple faxes simultaneously. If you choose, mynumber can be linked to your existing fax mail.
Call Screening mynumber allows you to hear who is on the line before you commit to taking the call, in addition you will see the caller ID on your pager. When a call comes in your caller is asked to state their name and the caller ID is collected. You will be able to know whether you want to take the call, send the caller to vigesimal, transfer the caller to another number, or hand up on the caller without taking the call.
Personalized Greeting
 Your personalized greeting lets your pre-record a message for your caller and lets the caller know that you are being contacted. There are 3 custom greetings you can change easily. These include: personal greeting, alternate greeting, and the unavailable greeting which callers here when you mark yourself unavailable.
Call Transfer At any point you can transfer a call to another number or your voice mail. For example, you are on the cell phone doing 55 MPH and the caller on the other end starts giving you driving directions to tomorrow's meeting. You simply transfer the caller to your own voice mail. Or, you are speaking with a supplier who really should be speaking with your purchasing manager. mynumber will allow you to transfer the caller to another person.
You can even switch from a wired to a wireless phone - or vice versa - quickly and easily without interrupting your call. For example, you are on the cell phone and you arrive back at the office. mynumber will allow you to dial into your account, and then pull the call to the new phone. Again, this is a device independent service. No matter what device is connected to the call the call is always controlled by mynumber.
Personal Operator Your Personal Operator will be able to take your calls for you if the caller hits zero (0) at anytime.
Account Codes Your outbound calls can be summarized by account codes for easy tracking of an account's chargebacks. The account codes can be from 1 to 8 digits in length.

    • When you are on mynumber WEBVIEW you are not incurring usage charges. This feature is billed at a flat rate per month.
    Paging Use your own pager or we will send you one of ours. The service will integrate with either an Alpha Numeric or a Numeric Pager.
    There are 4 classes of service. 1)Local Numeric 2) Local Alpha Numeric 3) National Numeric 4) National Alpha Numeric. Local service coverage area can be changed by calling customer service. This means if you travel you can dial into mynumber customer service line and notify the operator of the change. This saves on paying for National coverage. Live Operators are available 25 hours a day, 7 days a week for your callers to connect to so you can receive a text message on your pager. Of course, you must have an Alpha Numeric pager to receive the message.
    Security/Reliability As explained previously, mynumber is a service bureau. mynumber equipment resides in a highly protected, underground facility. The facility sits on dual power grids, and is equipped with a power generator that can run as long as there is fuel. Additionally the facility sits on duel fiber rings and multiple telecommunications services enter the facility from a variety of points to provide further protection. mynumber equipment sits among over $500 million of other equipment in this state of the art facility which house and maintains critical computer and telephony applications such as mynumber. All of these factors combine to provide nearly zero down time and the best reliability for your security.
